Phase 2: Implementation
In this phase, we focus on building out the functional database, implementing automations, and creating interfaces based on your needs. This phase is also about iteration, and we bring our clients along for the ride by meeting regularly!
We value your input and schedule regular check-ins with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and give you visibility into how your vision is coming to life. Many clients also learn Airtable and its capabilities along the way so they can feel more confident handling minor support inquiries later on.
Phase 3: Support + Change Management Support looks different depending on your needs. We offer training, adoption support, system updates and change management.
For larger teams, we often recommend a 6-month support package covering new feature requests, issue resolution, or general questions. These packages are fully customizable based on your needs.
